Hi Punit, today my husband's EAD case status changed to Card Production and his AP case status has not changed.I looked at your timeline. You mentioned that you received a combo card for EAD as well as AP and your AP case status did not change. Have you received any updates on your AP case status on the USCIS website thereafter?

Hi, my AP status also says Initial Review, but your EAD will have the AP with it. When you get the card, you will see on the bottom of the EAD card that it also has Advanced Parole on it. So no biggie. My wife is on her flight back today from India on her AP, so I know it works.

It really seems unfair if they don't take any of the evidence. In your case, the marriage would also be additional evidence of the relationship. They will want proof that your marriage is legitimate too.

You got ur appointment letter... So no need to worry. Go ahead, Thats enough. If u need to get the list of documents to be carried, go to mumbai US consulate website, and collect the details. My case was similar to urs and I didnt sent or received any packet 3 or 4. The only thing which I got as an interview appointment letter. There is a site mentioned in the appointment letter, go through that site and create a profile and pay the fee online which is mandatory... Any queries, pls...

I did create a profile and picked a delivery location.

But you have to print a confirmation page and take it with you to the interview for them to collect it otherwise they will give you 221(g)

I didn't find any concrete information to why my status is showing address has been changed. I have another concern now. My approval notice is valid until Aug 22, 2013. I am afraid that by the time CSC rectifies their mistake and by the time my fiance gets an interview date, the approval notice might expire. I am just being proactive here. Did you do anything to change the validity date on approval notice?

I didn't know they had specific validity date. Is it on the back side of the approval notice? My husband has the approval notice, but I have the front of it scanned and I couldn't find the validity date on mine :s. Maybe it's because your's is I129, whereas mine is spousal visa I130. I don't know if it makes any difference. You should expect NVC to have your case in by the end of June, maximum. I don't know how the timeline is for the US consulate where your fiance is....

No unfortunately still waiting after nearly two months since my noa2.

This is frustrating. It's been over a month for me! Did you get to the point where they created a service request for you? I opened one today and they told me to wait for 2 weeks. Every time I call them, they tell me to wait.

Hello there! It did, but I'm not sure how long it took them. I called a handful of times and they kept telling me to wait and call 15 business days after the NOA2; I waited a week and called again, and they said that I had missed it and that it was already on its way to London. My fiance has yet to receive anything though, and my call to them was last Wednesday, I believe.

I hope you hear something soon! They are taking way too logn with everything.
