Refile or go for CR1... K3 is obsolete and virtually unobtainable. Plus you get the green card right away and don't have to adjust status. I may be biased tho lol.

I did the same thing as the OP got a denial letter after 6.5 months of waiting

Not sure if we should send in the I-290B with the required form and info, or just reapply after the 33 days pass

or maybe marry there and apply for K3

btw I-290B fee is $640
