  hi there! Thanks for the greetings.. Actually, I am just new here in VJ. We got our NOA2 so fast without any help of congressman. We wonder too if it was expedited or not cause we don't qualify for the criteria to have things expedited, but my partner kept on calling them until they sent us a mail asking if there would be additional docs to expedite it..
