Hey, well my dad suffered from a heart attack a few weeks ago so his doc said he is not in the condition to take this stress. He really wants to see us married and it's stressing him out even more. so this would explain my dad's health situation.

I'm thinking we need to start some sort of petition or support thing...to help us K1 people along. =( there has to be an easier way.

I am praying always that everyone legit gets out of AP and their visas get issued. Its so hard to keep faith and Allah forgive me I know out if anger and pain I've said stuff I shouldn't after this AP thing. I just was so upset. Im trying read hard but Allah knows how weak I am. Maybe this is Allah y telling me to be stronger.

nervous nervous nervous! Do they take your passport at Amex when submitting packet 3.5 and can you put copies if the birth cert n police cert in it and write originals will b provided at the interview? Allah I hope we did this correct.

I had to email them with an inquiry and they said we didnt have to wait for it and can just submit the doucments. They sent us the list. So...i guess..i can just send in packet 3.5 without the actual email?

Ya Allah this is too hard! Please help all of us that are legitimately trying to be with our loved one. =(

I'm not confused i just want this process to go smoothly. My lawyer is saying that she usually sends all documents directly to the embassy does anyone know if this is acceptable?

Can you tell me what things you needed for that packet so that I can have those in order? How did you recieve the packet and what did they ask for? Do you mail it back to them? I'm so lost.

Omg, you're scaring me. What do you mean that every male gets placed on AP? Right now I'm on the part where the petition goes to the NVC. I'm still waiting on that part, then after that god know's what will happen. Did they already approve your visa? I'm really scared now I will not be able to handle AP making it take longer. I am already tired of this long wait.

I think all of our docs are in place. I just dont know what the next steps are and they're making me nervous
