  1. YES! Congrats Enigma! This is great news! Good luck on your next steps!

    Hey Sweetie!!

He's RIGHT... Everything already is okay.. lol it's already in the making or done. dancin5hr.gif Trust that thought! Just relax and enjoy your time together...

Until even this VERY MOMENT the USCIS website and "last touched" date (if you sign in) is unchanged since the 15th. It still says Response Review but I received the actual NOA-2 in the mail yesterday.

So I received NO UPDATES AT ALL... Not Email, Not Text Message and the website unchanged.

    Here's my breakdown:

    July 2nd RFE Email

    July 9 RFE Hardcopy

July 15 USCIS Rec'd Package ~ I got text telling me the case was updated and an email saying it was received. Status was also updated on USCIS Website.

wow.gif July 22 with no contact and no change of status anywhere!! POOF!! MAGICAL NOA-2 Hardcopy in hand!!!dancin5hr.gif dancin5hr.gif wow.gif

I almost lost my feet when I opened it and read "Approval Notice Valid from XX/XX/2013 to XX/XX/2013

I hope this helps anyone still waiting!!

  2. I used these instructions: http://philippinefiancevisa.weebly.com/dhl-tracking.html

There are also threads on VisaJourney with the same info. Just search for DHL Tracking.

If that is correct this would be yours: http://www.dhl-usa.com/content/us/en/express/tracking.shtml?brand=DHL&AWB=7570686642

Based on a July 18th ship date from NVC to Germany.

I don't know how people found out about this tracking or how accurate it is.

Just tried this method! Worked perfectly package was signed for and is at the consulate!! Wonderful. Thanks for this link.

  3. Just checked the status of my petition on the NVC site. It now says "Ready"

"Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment. Additional information about how Immigrant Visa interview appointments are scheduled can be found at:http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3731.html"

Does this mean the petition has arrived at the consulate!!!!? biggrin.png

  4. June 19, 2013 approval for i-129f. Vermont to Texas transfer. Trying to find out what the status of our paperwork is:

    Called USCIS this morning.

First forgot to ask for a Tier 2 so the first tier officer told me that it is automatically forwarded to NVC once approved.

Called back after a few minutes to get a Tier 2 officer. Just got off the phone with him. Asked if he was able to tell us when our paperwork would be going to the NVC. He asked me to read what is on the NOA-2. I read it: "The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate." He mentioned it could take up to 2 months for the paperwork to be sent onto the consulate because of the courier service that is used. I asked if this was going to the NVC at all. He asked me to read the paperwork again.

So, i guess we are still waiting to find out where our paperwork will surface next...

Makes no damn sense! I cant stand how they continually jerk us around. From what I know approved petitions do not go straight to the consulate even though it says so on the hardcopy NOA2. I tried e-mailing the NVC which is supposed to be the quickest way to get a response and I have yet to be emailed back in regards to my case number. I put all the necessary info in the email and still nothing. Calling I get rude operators who seem to be tired of answering questions. It's been three weeks it shouldn't take that long for our petitions to arrive...ugh..

  5. Yea, that's what mine says. I tried contacting the consulate in India but they were no help. Just waiting.

reading some other threads about this. Seems that the forwarded to consulate line is just another way of saying its gone to NVC to then be sent to the consulate. And although our petition maybe at the NVC time varies for how long it takes them to issue a case number.....bummer...

    waiting...phase 2....ClockWatch2.gif

  6. Did you receive a notice that it has been sent to Department of State?

Got my NOA2 saying my petition was forwarded to the 'listed consulate' but no consulate was listed. Ad when I called a second time the operator told me all I-129f cases must go through the NVC. Has anyone else had that on their NOA2 is it accurate? Do petitions get sent to consulate directly sometimes???

  7. Called NVC again. My petition is still not in the system and it's been over two weeks. The operator on the phone told me to wait up to 8 weeks!! He also told me that all i-129f petitions go through the NVC. Even if my NOA 2 states it was sent directly to consulate.

My case has been approved for over three weeks as far as the website is concerned....now its in a black hole...no realtime monitoring like a FedEx shipment.....

Yeah now there is no tracking or anything to check besides calling them everyday. So frustrating.

  8. Just got off the phone with a operator at the NVC who sounded as if she was fed up with her whole life...after rudely 'asking' what I wanted I gave her my receipt number and she told me it wasnt in the system. I asked her if cases were ever sent directly to the consulate as my NOA2 does not state it was sent to the NVC...she told me "I don't know how to help you with that." and hung up. Good to see these gov't workers are as chipper as ever. Hopefully next time I'll reach someone livelier.

  9. I hope I hear something soon! What is igors list.. i keep seeing that in people's posts.. would you please be able to walk me through it? How to check.. how many petitions get approved? Is it on a daily basis?

Its updated daily. And it only shows people who are on the forum and those who update their timeline. So there are tons of approvals we don't see. Also some people might keep their service center as Vermont.

From what I was told by my senators office they are working to approve the transferred applications in 45 days. So its possible people will be waiting till the end of July. I would suggest just keep on your representative and calling the USCIS.

  10. Guys, why would texas still be in training after a month ? THEY ARE IN TRAINING SINCE YESTERDAY AGAIN.. AND TODAY!

    THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff has to be trained already as they are working on our petitions now. That was an answer some people were receiving back in the beginning of the month. Perhaps it could be new adjudicators were hired.

  11. Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better take things as they come along with patience and equanimity.

I know my fiance and I have been approved but she will not be with me till later in the year. She wants to save some money before coming here to help me out with wedding expenses. So in a way my wait isn't over. I'm sorry for everyone who is going through mental anguish with this process. Still I believe that with the flood of approvals we've been seeing there is hope and your times will come. Waiting can be a hard process but the pay off in the end will be a lifetime with the person you love.

Stay positive people! My prayers are with you all...

  12. Dude I would honestly get the hell out of that right now. If you are caught doing that, you could face time in prison.

Just tell her its off and cut your losses. Or go to prison and start a business with a guy named Brick,+

On another ANGRIER note. Its because of people like you doing ###### like this that honest, real couples who are in love (aka me and my husband) have had to live in near poverty because the government makes such tight guidelines.

    so eff you.

LMFAO! start a business with a guy named Brick!

True these type of deals make the scrutiny put on real couples a lot more stricter.

  13. OMG I thought that it would be giving my hopes up to think that we would get approved tonight since we got the response to our service request today BUT IT HAPPENED! I wish it wasn't 3 in the morning in Scotland so I could call my fiancé.

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On June 26, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Best of luck to the rest of the transfers! I am so grateful for everyone who posted information and words of encouragement. <3

    Congrats!!!

  14. Just got a response from the e-request i put in last week. It basically just says my case was transferred on 5/30 and is pending at TSC and to give them 45 days to post a decision or NOA.

BAAHHHH I want my NOA 2 NOW

That what my senators rep told me also. That they were working to complete things in 45 days or so.

There have been approvals everyday so far. Hope you all receive yours sooner rather than later!!
