im july filer waiting for noa2. they should be fair in in processing some files..

im july filer.. still waiting for noa2...under vsc

in ours we sent march 21 we sent 1 day courier. but the uscis update there page that they receive our rfe reply 28. so 7 days..

she dont have photos cos my fiancee not saw that women in person. she really dont know on us. she just know our name because of facebook..she said she will tel that there together on the month of,,,, but that month me and fiancee are together. we have our itinerary that were together.

good day to all vj memeber. i just have some concern about our petition,.im just a little bit worried. here it goes. there is one person who blackmail on us just to get money. shes making some crazy stories so that me and my fiance will broke up. she said some lies story. one thing that i got so mad cos she said she can do something so that i will not be approve in the embassy, she said that she will call the embassy and tel that shes the girlfriend of my fiancee and shes pregnat.of course its not true shes just blackmailing us just to get money.. is this possible that she can do that? even if its not true then she said like that does it affect to my petition? my fiancee said nothing to worry cos she just crazy women that making stories. of course she cant do anything. but i just want to know your advice or does anyone here experience the same this as ours? anyway im a k1 filer and waiting now for my noa2.

what is the average waiting time for noa2 if you get rfe.?

it depends who adjucate your file. on us. we have same mistake as yours. we think its the rigth one. then after 7 months we got rfe because of it. just wait that you will get the rfe cos if you will send it now, there is a possibility that they will lost it.

intent to marry letter of us. then divorce paper of my fiancee.

were hoping that this month the noa2 arrive. i got rfe also. march 28 2013 USCIS receive our rfe

we have same situation also. we hired a lawyer. then she said we dont need a letter of intent. i guess lawyer dont know about that thing. lol. so after almost 8 months we got rfe saying uscis need our latter of intent.. so i guess just wait for the rfe hard copy and send it back directly.. until now were waiting for the noa2. goodluck for all of us..

guys i just want to know. if how many days or week the uscis send us confirmation or post to the uscis website that they recieve our rfe response? cos we send it last march 21 but until now we dont know if they receive it... any info pls...

we have same situation. we hired a lawyer also but then for almost 8 months of waiting we got rfe also. it takes at 8 days before we recieve the hard copy. we just send back today our rfe response. it takes us 7 days before we send back our paper due to compiling it,. tel your friend that he have same situation with us. were hoping to hear the noa2 soon. some of my friend told me that if its easy rfe it just took 2weeks or a week. so lest hope for that.

we got rfe too. then we receive the hard copy after 10 days. then since you have a lawyer so probaly your lawyer will be the one to receive it like what happen to us..

so its true what the uscis told that it will reach until 15 days before we recieve it. it soo long..

GOOD DAY EVERYONE. i just want to know how many days the rfe hard copy will reach to your place or it will be on hand. because we got rfe last march 5 2013 then until now no rfe hard copy. were just so curious what shud be our rfe. we want that it will be on us directly so that we can comply it , but things becomes so slow. we wait 7 days already.. any information there ..i need you help guys.

just hang it there.i feel for you. i know how stress you are now. but i know soon you will get it. when i reach 7 months 1 week and 3 days i feel helpless. i feel its so unfair. but then in the next day i got rfe. so sad cos we wait that long then we got rfe. so i need to wait for 1 month i guess to get the noa2 cos until now we did not get the rfe hard copy. this process is crazy. but belive me yours is coming. have faith in GOD. his knows what we feel. he will help us.
