Hello All,
When I filed the I-130 and my (beneficiary) first and last name were correct on the application. It matched my passport and birth certificate. Even when it went to NVC, When DS 261 was submitted Name was correct (i have printed copy of what I submitted). But some where in the process name got messed up and it FNU as my first name and Last name has my entire name (First Last and Middle). Now that NVC has processed every thing and I have interview scheduled on 13 jan. Please let me know the implication. Will the visa be rejected? What can be done to over come this. Pleas
HI NBARI247, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IN YOUR NAME, MY INTERVIEW LETTER SAY SAME FNU WORD. (FNU MEAN FIRST NAME UNKNOWN) IF WE HAVE FIRST AND LAST NAME ONLY THEN THEY PUT FNU IN OUR NAME. YOU DONT NEED TO WORRY ANYTHING. 2 OF MY FRIEND CAME HERE IN CR1 VISA ON THIER INTERVIEW LETTER SAY SAME FNU AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY ISSUE

Hi Everyone, I got my CC today 12/8/14, packet IV scan date 10/14/14, PD 3/4/14 and NOA2 on 8/26/14 now waiting for interview

I got my rfe on 5/4 and I returned same day overnight mail. I got text on manday 5/6 that we got your rfe now still waiting
