i know now why they need i864 because they need to show the income of 2012

petitioner has no children in us, we filled tax jointly for 2011.

form i864ez is the shorter version of i864 used for petitioners who has high salary or enough income we don t have prob with income im sur but this form sponsor just one person,we use it before knowing about that pregnancy, that mean ther will be no enough cases to add bbaby, wheh i went to consulat they ask me to fill new form i864 for baby,i told him we have already send it to nvc ,he told me just to show if the income is enough to support petitioner and baby.

i asked her wish form should we fill he told me they are the same just u must fill i864 we need to show if inome enough.

yes we have already send documents to nvc and they accept aos still just ds 230 in process and case will be completed

our consulate when we email them they ask for phone and call us ,they don t send us email with explanation

monday they called me to visit them for more information

when i visited consulate they ask me to fill ds 230 sighned part one and i864 for baby also should be signed and bring 230 dollard as a fee they don t ask to pay for i864.

but how can i do medical report for baby withaout appointement i must show it to doctor with her passport

no,i went to my original consulate the departement when they deliver visa they told me don t call nvc when u give birth at morroco wait until you get your interview and bring the child with u, i asked the consular wher i should submit documents of ds 230 and i864 ? he told me u fill them and sign and bring them with you with

must use simple form i864 because i864 ez ther is just one case no enough cases to add your daughter if u fill i864 ez u have to submitt new form i864.

so simple form i864 is the best one.
