We got our NOA2 on May 16, 2013. According to NVC they have not received our NOA2. So in the meantime, I am preparing all the needed papers that I need to send to my fiance for his packet 3 and interview. Before sending the needed papers, I just wanted to double check everything so I wont missed anything. Here are my questions, any input will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

1. What is the best package carrier to send internationally? USA to Vienna, is it DHL or Fedex?

2. For the I-134 Affidavit of support page 2, there is a box that says * intend & * do not intend to make specific contributions to the support

(from the sample form says, N/A K1 visa process for permanent residence) What should be the correct answer?

3. On the bottom of I-134 Affidavit of support under Oath and Affirmation of Sponsor, there is a blank after the first statement I acknowledge

that I have read "Sponsor and Alien Liability" on Page 2 of the instructions .......as amended __________. Is this to be signed or just initials?

4. Do I need to send the original NOA2 or just a copy?

5. For the supporting evidence for the affidavit of support from me and my co sponsor, is letter from the employer enough? or we need to have both letter from employer and bank statements?

6. Do I need to file the I-134 Affidavit of support to US Consulate or my fiance will just bring it to the interview?

My fiance and I received a great news,NOA2 today May 16, 2013. NOA1 received on January 15, 2013, no RFEs. It came to us in a surprise since we were told that NOA2 usually arrives around 6-8 months. This is good news for all January filers, CSC. Thank you Visa Journey friends for all your help!

Hello VJ friends! My fiance and I are finally together here in Vienna to fulfill the requirement of seeing each other within 2 years. We are so happy to see each other again and spend New Year together. I have several questions on what to do next. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

1. Can I file my K-1 FIANCE PETITION as soon as I arrive back in the US?

2. Do I need to submit the Form I-134 or Affidavit of Support together with the K-1 fiance form?

3. After submitting all the forms, what do we need to prepare for?

Hello! I am filing for K-1visa. my fiance is in Vienna and we have been in a relationship for more than 9 years. When I was still in the Philippines we see each other yearly. But the most recent one is on June 2010 which is more than 2 yeas from now. I would like to know if explaining the reason for not seeing each other within 2 years is enough to fulfill the requirement. My fiance cant come here since he is not a citizen in Vienna and I am new at work and cant get a vacation.
