Congrats buddy on getting the interview schedule date. Good luck on your wife interview. I'm still waiting on an interview schedule, maybe we'll get it next week.

I also need a new police certificate for my wife. I am planning on being there for the interview and planning on coming back home with my wife and son. Don't worry this time it will be different as you have more evidence and more proof to show them this time around. We just need to get an INTERVIEW SCHEDULE. I don't know how long we have to wait. Seriously it's been over 6 weeks now. How are you doing to keep yourself from going insane tough I know.

Congratulations buddy that is the case complete email from NVC. Woohoo we are at the same point. Let me know when you get the interview appt. email. I let you know when I received mine. I'm thinking our interview appt. will probably be the same time. I'm so happy for you yaaaaay.

I got mine on April 3 while in Cambodia visiting my wife and son. I'm leaving today. Very sad. I think our interview will probably be in June.

I've also called NVC and on May 1st they said that my case was completed on March 27th. I guess you get the email case completion from NVC a week after. As of now no interview date either. Phnom Penh embassy is behind schedules I guess. Well maybe next week.

I applied in 2010 but they keep requesting for evidence and I kept sending them new evidence and each period was a wait of 5-6 months. Only until Sept. 2012 they said that I have to start a new petition after I sent in time and time again. Why can't they tell me that the first time. They didn't lose my papers it just that they keep asking for new info and documentations and evidence and I keep sending it to them and they received it they just sending it back and forth between USCIS and the embassy in Cambodia but never told me to start and new petition because they won't accept my old petition. The new info requested was always being sent whenever they requested but they just won't give my wife an interview. They want USCIS to review and finally they denied it after more than 2 years. The embassy won't call my wife for an interview even though we have everything and every docs and evidence. We even have a son and at the time my wife was pregnant. Still dont believe us

I know every petition is different. Your petition is different from mine you have no worry. I'm not comparing yours to mine. They just want me to file a new petition that's all. I'm signing off your now. Let me know if you find out something new.

No one said anything negative about your case you must interpret it the wrong way. We are not here to put each other down but to help each other. Visa journey is a wonder place to help each other.

Congrats on the case complete from NVC. As of now still no appointment date scheduled yet. Maybe we all get schedule next week. I think they do it all in batches.
