I applied for a DL in February with my extension letter and never received the DL in the mail. I have to go back every 3 months to get a new temporary one, my DL is stuck on some kind of pending legal presence check, already called them multiple times, nothing I can do Hopefully your DL will go more smoothly.

Unfortunately I am still waiting. It has been over a year since I filed now, I made an infopass appointment to get my passport stamped since the extension letter is about to expire. My case is still being delayed by ''security checks'' apparently.

I just wonder if anyone here received any update on your I-751 status. I know 2 or 3 of us here are April 2016 CSC filers. I've been trying to see if there are any waiver cases filed on January, February or March 2016 but I couldn't find any (or at least there were no clues on those topics / threads). The holiday season is coming up. I kinda worry they will slow things down and push our file further to the beginning of 2017 :/

If I recalled correctly, the I-751s processed last year were really quick. It only took them 3 or 4 months for CSC filers. Divorce waiver cases are generally 4-7 months. But I noticed towards the end of last year, everything slows down suddenly somehow... ...

I filed a divorce waiver with CSC in December, got a RFE and sent it back 3 months ago, still waiting to hear back I filed a service request 2 weeks ago which I am supposed to hear back from before Nov 5th. Getting kind of tired of waiting and living in uncertainty.

Congratulations and thanks for the updates, Im still waiting on my greencard Hoping to get it soon. Case status is still in ''acceptance'' on the USCIS website.

My AOS status is still ''Acceptance''.. I finally received my EAD but I'm almost starting to get worried cause its taking so long for any update on it.

I filed my AOS on 5/22 and its still in acceptance, had my biometrics over a month ago..

Just looked online and saw that my EAD and AP are approved! No card production yet though.

Sorry I was a little busy lately but.....

I got my EAD combo last week !

I started working on Monday !!

I got my SSN on Tuesday !!!

I got my interview on Friday !!!!

I GOT APPROVED ON FRIDAY TOO !!!!! And my card went to production

I got my Driver's license on Friday !!!!!!

Now I'm tired and I'll go to sleep for the rest of the weekend ;-)

me and my fiancee are Dutch/American as well and I'm the Dutch one. We just got our NOA2 and I had a question. I heard that we have to pay another fee and we'll have to bring the receipt or proof of payment to the interview. my question was when and how do we pay this fee? or will we find that out in a letter from the embassy?

You can pay it via online bank transfer, its an ABN AMRO bank account you have to send the money to, as proof of payment I just printed out my account balance online where it shows that the money was taken out of my account and paid to their bank account.

And yes you will get a letter explaining this.

Finally got my interview date yesterday, 12th of February is the day! If everything goes fine with the interview, I should be heading towards the USA by the end of February!

I have just received packet 3 from the Amsterdam Embassy and now while reading for the k1 interviews im getting a little nervous. My fiance is in between jobs right now (he was working up until october and should have his job back soon, hopefully). He has some savings himself (20.000) and his dad will co-sponsor for us, he has sufficient income and owns 2 houses. I also have about 12.000 in savings on my savings account and I was just wondering how the Amsterdam embassy reacts to K1 Co-sponsors.. Have there been cases where co-sponsoring was denied? I read that in some countries they dont accept co-sponsors for k1 at all.
