Hi,
Was wondering if anyone could answer this? I filed my I-130 and have received NOA1 which states my petition is at the Vermont service centre.
I thought people who would be living in Florida it would be transfered to the California service centre. Has anyone come across this before?
Thanks
Siobhan

First of all as you can see from my timeline below we had no problems with previous petitions.
We returned to England due to medical and personal issues Feb 07 , my sons and i were denied AOS October 07 due to the fact we were not in the USA when interviews were scheduled i did inform uscis and told them we would just start the whole process again at a later date which they stated wouldnt be a problem.
We now have resubmitted all paperwork again like instructed the I-130s which were received on the 23rd of February 08 at Chicago. We havent received the NOA1 but on Saturday 19th of April we did receive a letter stating that our petitions have been forwarded for review and we should hear something within 15-30 business days this came from California and the letter was certified...
Has anyone else had anything similar sent or know what this could mean.. i was just expecting our NOA1's through the post.
Many thanks

Does anyone know an email address to contact the London Embassy , all i can find is the unhelpful telephone numbers

I will make this short as possible.... As u can see by my timeline my I-130 was approved April 2006 I decided not to act on that as i was already in the states with a K3 visa.. I applied to adjust status December 2006 and with many things happening in my personal life i was traveling back and forth from England with my two sons....
My AOS was denied due to that fact i wasnt in the states and was classed as abandonment. My K3 visa has now expired December 2007 and dont know what i can do now to start the process up all over again with many personal issues being resolved.. Do i have to resubmit 3 new I-130's or is our others still valid and go through the visa centre and stay in England until it is finally at the Embassy in London... please advice i have no idea what to do next .. i emailed the NVC but as yet they havent replied.
Many Thanks

I am planning on returning back to London for the CR1 interview and yes im in the states right now.
The email to the CSC was just out of curiosity since the processing dates had changed.
I will just wait some more and hopefully one day soon i will get the NOA2

They think im a criminal lol
Thank you for your replies

Cancel the I-130 and that makes the K3 void , she then has no legal status and has to leave

Hi,
I sent an email to csc to enquire about 3 petitions as the processing dates have past my NOA1 date.
This is the reply i got back and wondered what exactly does it mean .. over 6 months already has past , oh and is the search on my sons and myself or on my hubby or all of us?
Is this a standard reply?

Each country is different and not all have the same rules.
Me personally, I had to go to court to get an order which my x husband had to sign to give his permission for his sons to leave uk.
The embassy in London informed me before i took any action that i had to have written permission from thier father so thats why i did the above.
Good Luck
