 My parent are going to setup the medical exam. and there are thing to bring to the doctor. (below) But my question is i can use the email that was send to me with the interview time and date as visa interview letter from NVC? And also how to i get a copy of the DS-260 confirmation page everything was done online? thank you all in advance

Items to bring to your medical examination

The doctor will need the following items to complete the medical exam forms:

• Your visa interview letter from NVC,
• Your passport,
• Four (4) recently taken passport-sized color photographs,
• A copy of your immunization records, if available, and
• DS-260 confirmation page

Hi I'm petition for both my parent to the usa. do I have to file two separate 1-864 one for each of my parent? What confuse me is in part 2 of the i-864 you have the principle immigrant and the part 3 you have family members?  Also i do not work but my husband make enough to sponsor both of them, so how would i do a joint sponsor, do i have to file one and just check Part1 1.a box and then he file one and check Part 1  1.d  box for each of them? thanks in advance

Ok I'm Starting my wife aos but i have alot of question. Please help. First i been hearing that if you file the I485 for $1070 then you don't need to pay for the I-765 it should be included is that right? Second how do i know that my wife need more shot or not, I have the Ds-3025 but i'm just not sure if i need to file the I-693, or how to do so? Ant help is appreciated ty in advance

I was going thru my now wife paper work trying to get it organized, and i found out that she was missing her I-94. I ask her but she didn't not recall the border patrol gaving her one, so i went to ther website and where it say to type in the passport information, name date of entry and all that stuff and it come out as NOT FOUND. So what to do next.... please help ............ :-(...

I did not receive any letter from the nvc but i call and they gave me a case number. You should wait and the us embassy in laos will contact your fiancee once they receive the packet from the nvc. You can also the the embassy in Vientiane too but they can not do anything until they receive the packet from the nvc.

on question 36 in the ds-156 it ask " has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? What to answer on that? this is her frist time do i mark yes and put my name there.

I looked at the step by step in vj. and it say to send all original to fiancee once you have noa2. But my question is that do i need to send the original noa2 or can it be a copy? and also can i just send the copy check stub? And how far out bank statement and employment letter do they take like 6 month, 4 month a week, etc.. from date of interview? ty

whooop!!!!!! last night around 10:30 pm central time i was talking on the phone with my fiancee and i got a text massage from a phone number i did not reconize and i look and it was notice of a change in staute for my i129f. i got up and turn on the computer and went right to the uscis page and type in my case nuber and there it was APPROVED. so happy told my girlfriend and we both got shed some tear, what a wonderful moment. Now for the next step. Thank everyone for the help......

i'm not sure a cali but i live in minnesota and i went to my county and they print mine right there and stamp it, all it is is just a letter stated that there no record of you ever been married. only cost nine buck. if anything u should get your stuff in the usa because if you go to outside the usa it very hard to do anything.

I just wondering if i need to have money in the bank to bring my finance to the us. i heard that u needed money in the bank, i have nothing in the bank. I make around 69000 last year and this year maybe will be over 55000. i am a single dad with two kids.
