    hi,i am going to marry in Nanning also,in Feb.The single cert. has been a pain.My fiancee says she has to get it translated into Chinese,the civil affairs office gave her a phone number to call.Anyway,I am assuming that is where we will get the marriage cert's. translated also???How long did it take you to get back those back and can you tell me how it went.i know single cert stay stapled/c...
