if you worked 2012 and ur inncome doesn't meet the proverty guigeline for a family of 4 on a k-1 visa. But now 2013 u make enough and ur interviewcomes up would u still need a co-sponsor?
nope as they're looking at the current income. but make sure to send all 1040s for the last 3 years along with your Letter of Employment from your current employer
