Most people without lawyer always choose the petitioner as their choice of agent and the address will be the U.S address. Your timeline didn't state the date you submitted your DS-261. If you submitted it today or few days back, I'll recommend you open the DS-261 and have it corrected but after you resubmit it DO NOT TOUCH THE DS-261 AGAIN because if you do, it will reset the date you will receive your IV bill.
