  1. Please i need help my husband got on e-mail from NVCI601A this is what it said:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) notified the National Visa Center (NVC) that you filed Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver. The NVC will continue to process your I-130 immigrant visa petition but will not schedule your interview pending adjudication of your waiver application by USCIS. If you have questions concerning the waiver application please contact USCIS at 1-800-375-5283. Please continue to respond to all requests for forms, documents, and fees that you receive from the NVC.

If you have questions concerning your I-130 immigrant visa petition please contact the NVC by telephone at 603-334-0700, or by e-mail at NVCInquiry@state.gov.im confuse because why does the I-I130 still need to be process since mine got approve almost 10 months ago please HELP any one knows whaat is going on

  2. Funny that you ask. Actually I got the alert email last night at 11:58 pm saying they recieved it!

Yes here is where you can check the status of this step, but you have to put in the new case number after you put in the case number from the I-130 step and select to be alerted.

    https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do

    Good luck to you too!

  4. It was a stupid question to see who will judge people I would not have judge people at all so the whole truth is I don't have any social I did come illegal but I had no choice I'm trying to fix my documents because my husband wants me to be safe here in the USA the land of freedom but if you don't have a social security you get know where in life so that is all if you want to reply to this who stupid thing be my guess but I'm done with my experiment till next time

  5. Ok your husband is here because of you but ask him what other people have to go like me I did not had a choice coming here I came since I was a baby so could I make the decision so don't judge people if you don't know the story ask your husband he will know all the people are not he lucky like him just ask if he truly is a Mexican he will know what other people go to get here sweetie to the land of the freedom

I don't claim to be from here I just want to live in peace so I can have the same opportunity as anyone else to live with my husband who is by the way born here and raise here in the USA he knows what I Been through and he supports me and love me and I can truly say that I marry him for love not just to become legal not like other people who do

  6. (edited to remove response to TOS violating post)

Everyone is not here to 'get a social or become legal'. Everyone does not enter this country illegally to begin with. My husband entered the US for the first time legally with a K-1 visa. He never ever attempted to enter illegally. He tried several times to get a tourist visa to enter legally before we went through the immigration process, but guess what? People like you that think the law does not apply to them and enter the US illegally and stay illegally are the main reason he could never get a tourist visa.

Your question on this forum was not rhetorical. Why would anyone post a rhetorical question, and a question of that nature no less, if it was meant to be rhetorical? A rhetorical question is one that is asked to simply make a point and no response is expected. You knew what you were asking and you were expecting responses. You just did not get any responses you wanted to hear.

If you have been using a fake SSN and you ever claimed to be USC while living here illegally, it probably will catch up to you.
