Hi Everyone,
My wife is sending in her appication soon for Naturalization. We have included tax returns for 2015,2014 and 2013. The only problem is I can't find my W-2 for 2015. Will there be a problem with the fact that I did not include the W-2 for 2015 tax return? We have all the other required documents (marriage certificate ,joint bank statements etc). Thank you.

Thank you. So, she can apply now or does she have to wait until her 3 year anniversary?

Hi everyone,
I am a U.S. citizen. My wife is from the Philippines. We sent in her papers to remove conditions on her green card in January 2016. We are still waiting on the new green card. As of March 3rd 2017 she will have been here 3 years. Can she apply now to become a citizen or does she have to wait until she receives her 10 year green card. Thank you.

Hi Everyone,
I have a question concerning Part 3. Basis for Petition - Joint Filing: I am a US citizen, my wife is the one filing the I-751 so we would not check off 1.a. or 1b.? Or are we joint filing? I am a little confused about the wording on the form. Thank you.

It's fine..just bring marriage cert with her..she can simply answer the immigration in phil...if they asked why the name in her passport and the greencard are different..tell them she will report her marriage when she about to renew her passport so she can change her maiden name to her married name in her passport, the marriage cert will be the best proof.she will be fine..
Thank you.

Hi Everyone,
I am an American citizen. We live in NY state. My Filipino wife asked me a question that I can't answer. Does she need to inform the Philippine government that she is married. We were married in 2012. Her concern is that she won't have any problems when going back to the Philippines for visits. Thanks.

I went to http://www.newyorkpc...rms/63-passport and the only ePassport Application Form there has a huge water mark across the form that says "New Passport Available In Six To Eight Weeks" ....that seems odd because it prevents someone from filing out the form...please advise..thank you..

Hi Everyone,
I downloaded the I-864 form from the USCIS website but can't print out the entire form. Is anyone else having this problem? I can only print the first page.

Hi Everyone,
When forms I-693 and I-485 ask my new wife to put in her Family Name (Last Name)...are they asking for her new last name because she is married now or are they asking for her family name before she married me? Thank you.

Thank you for the replies. Two more questions:
1) I should wait until she has her green card before we go back to SS to change her name on the card, or can we do that before she files for AOS?
2) Is there a form that we need to fill out at the SS office in order to change her name?
Thank you...

Hi everyone,
My fiancée and I will be getting married next Friday 3/22. We registered her for a social security card this week. I asked the woman at the SSA office what the process was to change my fiancée's name on her SS card after we get married. She said we have to notify INS of her name change before we go back to the SSA office. Is she correct? According to the K-1 flow chart it just says we need to return to the SSA office with her card and the marriage certificate to change her name on her SS card.
