Hello Everyone ...  i have been a memeber of this Forum for a while now but never actually posted anything other than updating my timeline

But It has been a long one This time and i just got my approval letter today and it was dated Feb 7 too  , i was about to send my N/400  this coming monday , i guess ill wait until i get My GC to send a copy of it with the Application . Best of Luck for The Feb Fillers

When i read everybody's post in here Talking about doing the walk-in and walk-out early !!! what that suppose to mean !!!!

Finally got my Biometric Appointment today and it is scheduled on 09/17. Looking ibto maybe I can do walk-in by tuesday, 09/03. Anyone here located within Raleigh area? Is it Ok to do walk-in at Raleigh office?

received NOA hardcopy letter for three forms: I-485,I-131 and I -765.

you should get a bio metrics appointment letter a little over a week after you receive the noa1. in the mail

1 month after bio metrics you usually get your work permit/ap card in the mail is a combo card now i think.

depends if you got no rfe or not

green cards can take about 6 months after boimetrics appointment it depends how busy they are

Hey Folks ... Sent my Aos Package a week ago and Yesterday got a mail from the USCIS that they received my package

last night receiverd a 3 Text messages With my receipt number . and while checking my USCIS Case on their website ... my case moved from acceptance to Initial review ... How long Is it gona take befor Bimoetrics , interview , And getting my Work permit, advanced parole , and my GC

Im Living the Same Experience Right now got my visa issued last mounth ! and got called 3 days ago to come back to th consulate ( casablanca) for a correction ... got here this morning ... went inside and then ... got called even tough there was a lot of people waiting to be interviewd . Then the Co said ... wich time u hv apoinment ( it is 15:00 but i was so worried and couldnt wait til 15:00 ) i answerd at 15:00 and he said give me ur passport and come bac at 15:00 thats it .... now waiting on the coffe! outside ... and living the worst and terribly Hours of my life ... How can they do that .. i mean If they will cancel my visa !!! We had plans ... we had almost book for my flight .. we hv weeding plans ! ITs just so streesing to think about the visa got canceld .... Please pray for us ... i'll keep u updated when i go back at 15:00 ...

After a Mounth of having my visa issued ... Consulate called me this morning telling me that i need to go back there to have my visa signed or controlled i'm not pretty sure what the Co Meant ... Is that Normal ? I mean is there any chance to Cancel my visa ?

you mean my wife can take photo album, post cards, phone logs, letters etc with her ? does it has to be a very thin folder?

She can Take Evrything she wants ... just make sure she dosnt tk a Bag to the consulate coz they dont allow bags in ... ! for me i did took all my stuff from my bag and left it to my uncl ... Even tough the CO Didnt See anything of it ( albums . facebook & skype conversation . E-mails . letters . plan toickets and a lot of other things proofs ) ... Maybe i got lucky and she didnt need to look at them ... so i advice u to tell ur wife to tk evrything she may need as a proof .

Regarding tax extension, are you talking about year 2011 or 2012. If they are talking about year 2012, it is too early to file for year 2012..

The final question is did they ask your fiance all those question, like her hobbies and all these stuff before and matched it with yours ? cause in my case they never asked me about my hobbies and what I like and how I spend my day..

===>Yes it is True ! Bags r not allowed ! had to tk my 2 photos albums , Big file and 2 Small ones in my hand so had to let my bag with my uncle who were waiting for me at the coffee on the other side of the Street

Not sure of your history, or your relationship details. My advice - review all the interviews out of Casa, in both MENA and the Morocco Consulate review section. THere's no such thing as being over-prepared for this consulate. Know very specific, detailed info -- If your spouse is on meds - you should know the name of the meds. If your spouse has kids, and they're on meds, you should know the name of those, etc. You should know where your spouse lives, works, and the name of his/her boss, etc, etc, etc. It's not an easy consulate. Hopefully you've prepared before today. Good luck.

YESSSSS!!!! Tomorrow will be finally the day that will put an end (hopefully) to our immigration process!

Please pray for us, so everything goes smooth! I got a huge pile of papers to bring to the Consulate, and I'm confident that we have covered all the requirements.... but still I am very nervous!

Unfortunately my fiance was not able to travel to be with me during the interview, so I have attend the interview alone, but I'm staying positive that it all work out great.
