If your wife is the US citizen, she is the petitioner which makes YOU the beneficiary.

So I now have this question; are you currently in the US? If the answer is no, then that email does not apply to you and it can be disregarded.

Currently i am staying at India. Means no need to give any answer of this mail by me or my wife. Right ?

If the beneficiary was not in the states illegally, it doesn't apply to you.

beneficiary (My Wife) is US citizen. so now what to do?

Disregard that email if the foreign spouse has not accrued unlawful presence in the US.

I got the mail form NVCi601a@state.gov today. They sent me 1 pdf file and in that file given below details:

This notice applies to you if you are currently in the United States, are or have been unlawfully present and plan to apply for an immigrant visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad. Beginning March 4, 2013, certain immediate relatives of U.S. citizens may apply for a provisional waiver of inadmissibility due to unlawful presence before leaving the United States. For more information, please visit immigrantvisas.state.gov. Before filing Form I-601A, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC) by emailing NVCI601A@state.gov. Failure to notify the NVC that you plan to file Form I-601A will delay your visa application.

Anybody tell me what is this mail means and help to know what is Form I-601A and where we get this online and how to fill it?

Was it an electronic case or was it sent by mail?

Make sure you pay first - ceac.state.gov/IV/Default. aspx

Once you pay the fee, they will send to the cover sheet with the barcode.

Fill out the form >: uscis.gov/files/form/i-864w. pdf

Print it out and sign it.

Now scan it and also make sure you add on that same scan batch the last 3 years of your tax returns.

Once you have the file, attach it to an email and send to NVCElectronic@state.gov

Make sure you put the NVC case number in the subject line.

AND This MUST be in the body as well:

Case Number:

Petitioner's Name & DOB:

Principal Applicant's Name & DOB:

This will complete the AOS.

Yes i paid the fees. and uscis.gov/files/form/i-864w. pdf is not open.

the first time that we received a checklist from nvc on 6th Dec 2012. They are saying in checklist like:

"The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still waiting for the Affidavit of Support form. Please submit the Affidavit of Support form according to the instructions on the Department of State website.

From there, you can fill out an Affidavit of Support form online, then print the completed form and mail it to NVC."

So anyone can say me like where i can get this form and may i need to submit both or only 1 (Which one 1st or 2nd)?

So when NVC get my Affidavit of Support form which i sent before 1 month. anything way to check like NVC is get it or not? Or again i need to send this form to them?
