Can anyone recommend a good doctors office that I can receive the exam results the same day?

I just saw a dec filer approved

That was me but I would not base my approval as a reference point for any other December filers as I had my case expedited.

How long does it normally take to get a response back from a request after submitting the required documents?

Yes I got back on the 19th of December. Now going crazy waiting for the NOA2

Man, first off all congrats to you MAGGY@SANDI I think you just broke the record from what I'm reading. But I as well got the same message and dont really know how to take it. I excited to know that may mean to have a possible approval that fast which will be a true blessing. Yet I dont want to have my dreams crushed if it still take the 5 + months to get the approval. All in all its in God's Hands and I pray for the best for everyone!

Still no NOA1 for me, package delivered to Lewisville Lockbox on 4 Dec and still waiting to here something

Sorry CourtneyAbidine to piggy back off your thread but I noticing alot of people who filed in December such as I have received their NOA1 and I have not got mine and am starting to freak out. I express mail my I-129F to the Lewisville lockbox which was signed for on the 4th of Dec. My check still has not been cash (I know it had the correct info on it). So as I see other on this thread who get them to Texas and got their notices it kinda crappy situation. Anyone have any ideas?
