    Hi! Hang in there. Your NOA2 is just around the corner. =) I did not bring any vaccine records with me when I went to the medical exam. They will just ask you if you already had chicken pox before. Check if you still have any scars from it and show them. One lady just told me that she will be recommending 3 vaccines, that's all.
