Good day... I'm preparing my N400 application, I'm just confuse if i have to send 2x2 photographs, it says that it is only applicable to those who reside outside the united states,,, can somebody help/advice me on this issue thanks

are you sure its five dependents.... you dont have your time line info... all i can advise is go with the interview who knows its not even a problem...your fiancee for sure can make some adjustment to meet the income requirement...

After we got married my wife applied for ssn, we tried to change her name to my last name but the employee inform us that a marriage certificate is not enough to change my wife's name, they need the green card or passport for them to do it....
-
you can just hand written it on a black ink.....
-
yes she can do that but for me its not advisable since you still have to go back again... you can go/attend to the seminar before visa is issued but they wont give you the certificate or the sticker since you dont have the visa yet...
-
what is the visa category of your son? age? In a case like this, its advisable to get a lawyer... I know there is a law that even your child is over age he can still get a visa its called child status protection act, I just dont know if this will be applicable to your case since i dont have any idea about your case...
-
infopass is an appointment made to USCIS to talk to their representative about your case... I guess you can get a lot of information about your case in that appointment
-
i dont know if this will apply to mexico since my fiance is from the philippines, she had the same problem as you are what i told her instead of choosing the non immigrant visa try the immigrant instead, it works.... you can try it theres nothing to loose

Congrats!!! Did the US Embassy In the Philippines send you some documents? thanks

Consult an attorney...thats the best thing you can do right now....even though you dont have money still consult them they will find a way for your husband to pay their fees.... you have your rights one of those is spousal support thats way they ask for affidavit of support from your husband cause he is liable for you... then again consult a family lawyer, and if worst comes to worst you can always dial 911 for help.... God bless..

hmmm I wish I was wrong but as she says she just receive a temporary green card not the permanent one....if you check the qualification for citizenship it says permanent resident card... correct me again if im wrong thanks for the clarification if im wrong
-
hmmm you will follow the date when you will get your Permanent resident card not the date with your temporary green card... so when you got your permanent card you will wait after 3 years before you can apply for citizenship though you can apply 90 days prior to that 3 years....

thanks a lot guys for the links it surely added some info

After more than 6 months of waiting...Finally approve though I havent receive the hard copy yet, but I'm glad Its approve on USCIS website... Although I have already an idea but your input will be much appreciated on what happens next? We are on US Manila embassy so any past experienced on what to do next... Thanks Godbless

In your case just leave the 34 days as your answer....what is important is the day you submit or sign your paper works... you base your answer to that question not for your future plan... when you will have your interview, they gonna ask if you leave the country after you submit your application... Good luck and take note that they usually set a date for fingerprint after a month you submit your application...

yap, I've heard that too about co-sponsor not allowed in manila, although i knew a person personally who had use a co-sponsor for a fiance visa... the way I see it its better to have a co-sponsor just in case????
-
hmmm no need to write "I" I guess just write your wife name and thats it...
-
they can apply anytime, but its better if your visa is approve first or else they cant use the wedding as a reason for the visa... although its really hard to be approve for a tourist visa... a proof that they will not overstay or will return back are real estate properties, decent job/ business, bank accounts etc....
-
I've been thinking about that too since I've been transferring from job to job and I do hope when I will get my NOA 2 ill have something to show... yes its a problem when you dont have any recent pay stub to show... the best you can do is have the recents paystub on hand and have the documents for the co-sponsor... I guess when you have a co-sponsor whose income is good , will cover up for every problem with regards to the affidavit of support...
-
correct.... both of them should file.... your wife should file the I-864, with all the necessary documents like income tax for the past 2-3 years and pay stubs even though she doesn't earn much still she should complete the necessary documents for she is the main sponsor... and your father in-law will be your co sponsor in which he should provide the same documents needed... Good luck!
-
nope its a weak one....its really hard to prove extreme hardship, basically the waiver is for religious things... But if you pursue your waiver base on financial hardship, make sure the income tax and salary/pay stub of your fiancee is congruent with your reasons....Goodluck!
-
sent them more bills... you can add your bank account with name and address on it, all your credit account, any loan you had... bank or car loan...and one good idea you can ask for family member a letter or anything stating that you've live there for 3 years....
-
first of all you dont go to your employer to ask for affidavit of support, you only ask from them some documents as a proof of employment in which they have supplied...the pay stub/slips and documents from the employer will be your biggest proof on the affidavit of support, what she earns now(payslip) will be much considered than the past income tax just be prepare to inform that on your interview about her past and present employment... good luck!
