2 months and counting., still no phone call. Wouldn't it be nice if they would even say "We are working on it" instead of leaving things in libo?

Happy New Years to everyone! We are still waiting on an update on CEAC, monday will be 60 days since the approval, still in AP.

Still waiting and Christmas only a few days away. Maybe New Years? Was doing good, excited, but today is one of those days. Just blah on this stuck in the house, cold, ice, snow kind of winter day!

ALso watching the CEAC web site, the date was changed from December 13th to December 20th but still just says Ready. DoS says his VISA is printed so maybe, just maybe it will actually be done before New Years. Funny thing is I had a feeling last Friday there would be a change and when I woke up it was updated. I had a feeling that this Friday there would be one again and woke up today with another date change. I had a feeling we would hear something Monday the 23rd so lets see if that comes t...

Today our CEAC changed from AP to Ready. Still makes me so nervous, I keep thinking "All I want for Christmas is My hubby and family to be brought together. Family asks me what I want for Christmas and all I can think of is Mohamed to be here.........

Leaving Morocco Tuesday, still waiting on the final papers for Mohamed to travel. So we have to part again, but alhamdulillah we know it is just a matter of time and he will be on his way!

Now I wonder on CEAC it says we are under AP........Wonder how long that will take? We have the receipt number to pick up the VISA onces they call. Calling tomorrow to see if they will update me on what happens next.......

We got our 2nd Interview for October 31 PRAY PRAY PRAY it has been 2 years and I am ready for this process to be over and our new journey to begin!

Updated my timeline with the USCIS news: NOIR! So almost 2 years into our process and we begin the next phase of proof. Should have the paper in hand either tomorrow or Monday to see what they say.

When I first got the email and text message I was incredibly sad that it was an NOIR. I spoke to a friend who is a lawyer and she explained the process to me. I also spoke to another friend and my father. When it is all said and done I know I can and will respond to what they ask. What they do not understand is what and how we live our lives on a daily basis. They are able to look at what they want on the internet, or ask people around us, they can ask for papers, pictures, letters etc. You a...

Approaching month 7 an still waiting. Almost to the 2 year mark of waiting. We are 2 strong people, God willing we will be in one place soon.

It has now been 7 months since the interview and 6 months since USCIS received our paper work. Still waiting on a reply from USIC on our case. God willing it will be re-affirmed and returned to NVC and Consulate for another interview. August 20, 2013 is the on or before date USCIS gave the Congressman case worker. Praying this moves swiftly and is not a battle to prove our marriage is valid. Some days are far easier than others when waiting! Congratulations to all of you who have finally...

Well the earliest date to anticipated for hearing anything from USCIS is April 20 the latest date (per USCIS) is August 20th. Wide range but at least the earliest date has finally arrived. Keeping it positive! Good luck to everyone waiting.

The hardest part is knowing someone else has your fait in hand. The true test is patience and not being angry at times. Here is to all of you who are waiting.... I pray your answers come soon and are positive. May we all be with our loved ones soon! Amen
