I heard we can go back and redo the taxes for the ITIN holder so they can issue any refund they were holding for past years. We have a son and didnt get the full child credit tax due to this situation. My sister's tax guy said we shouldn't because ITIN holder was not supposed to be working in the first place and that would be consider fraud if we were to get audited. My tax lady said we can, any advise?

I figured I was in the wrong forum . I was finally able to check status online today. A letter was mailed to me today with and appt for next Jan, 15th.

My MSC receipt number cannot be found online. I filed on 10/30/12, got my Biometrics app on 11/28/12. I cannot access my case online, very common for what I see.

What is your status?
