Yes I did the same...emailed NVC at NVCInquiry@state.gov with the new address and received an auto reply. Our preferred method of communication was email so the next email sent to my husband had the updated mailing address.

No update since Jan 9th but that too was a response to my congresswoman.
@Cindrella - I don't think that's true because we received only 1 update after our interview (after 2-3 weeks) then no updates for 5-6 months. Only after 6 months did we start to receive multiple updates.
