I wasn't saying it was a legitimate excuse. I am saying that it sounds like he is using it in order to hide something else from her that he does not want to reveal in order to let her down more gently. My guess is he found somebody else.

He must have his reasons as it has only been a little over 4 months so far and that's not long.

I do not know how long you have known this man or why he has said he doesn't want to carry on with the application, but after such a short time of waiting I think I would be questioning his commitment to you. I think you may have had a lucky escape.

This process does try one's patience but, so does marriage from time to time.I hope things work out for you but, maybe it's better you found out this quality, or lack thereof, before you were with him in the U.S.

I was denied! Yes, I am! My fiancee denied me before even our papers gets approved.

He get tired of waiting and decided to stop our journey and whats more painful is that i tried checking our case no. status today..

just to find out that they sent us already RFE mail a couple of days ago...and he didnt even tell me..guess its really over for him.

But still im keeping my faith that somehow miracle does exist for i really love him.

We sent I-129F Package last Dec 05, 2013, We received on Dec 11,2013 our NOA1 via email and text message.

It said that we will be getting our hard copy soon but until now we didnt get any. We tried calling but the lady told us that we only receive it via mail bec we inquire online too.

Is it still necessary to have the hard copy or should we just leave it like that?

Hello my case is we filed K1 visa when i was working overseas but in some changed of plans i moved back to my homeland so all the address i filled up was my address overseas.

Is anybody know how i can change it to my address now? Is it me ( the beneficiary ) to change it or is it my fiancee ( the petitioner )?

He called USCIS already and was told that it should be me to change it here in US Embassy in Philippines but when i called them same thing they told me that it should be my fiancee so i told him that. then again he called and got the same line that it should be me...sigh..I am about to call them again today...

Please help...One more thing who do receive the NOA2? is it the petitioner or the beneficiary? Because this is our worried now that if its me to recieve that then they might send it to my old address overseas :(

Thanks Andreaa...kkinda feel relieve now as im also reading other posts..but yes we called about the hard copy but the agent said we inquire online so its the email itself already... but one more thing. my adress on my G325 Form was another country cuz i was working overseas when we filed it and now im back home for the waiting do u know how can i change that?

Hey no, it was just 4 days its DD/MM/YYYY sorry it confused you. But yeah until now we dont have any hard copy or any paers received but an email saying that our cases has been routed to California services from Texas. And also our case number.... u think is normal? thank u for replying

Hello..mine is filed 7/12/12 we recieved NOA1 on 11/12/12 and thats all we got until now.

We keep calling for follow ups too but we are only getting a 'wait' reply. Even told us to call them every 30 days.

How long really NOA2 ussually release? Sorry Im just frustrated too and tired browsing so many additional infos on web..but glad this site helps.
