On the checklist of the NOA for initial interview it states to bring I-693 and vaccination supplement, unless previously submitted. I thought that my K-1 visa medical was valid for a year and did not require a repeated medical, thus an I-693.

Thank you for your answers. I submitted only vaccination supplement filled out by the local civil surgeon. I did not submit I-693 form as it was not required by the AOS checklist. However, I was told that my K-1 visa medical completed six months ago was sufficient and I did not need I-693 when applying for the adjustment of status. So my question is do I need to submit it now that I have my interview coming next month or my K-1 visa medical will still do. Thank you.

Hello:
I just got my conditional green card interview notice. On the checklist it is mentioned I need to bring a completed medical examination (form I-693). I had my medical examination in October in Russia, when applying for my K-1 visa and I had my vaccination supplement submitted when sending documents for the status adjustment. Do I still have to make an appointment with the civil surgeon for the I-693 form? Thank you.

Hi:
I received my AOS/EAD/AP NOAs a day earlier than you and had my case numbers for AOS and EAD entered only two days ago. The AP number is still missing. When I called the immigration line, the lady told me it could take up to a month. Oh, I just thought of something - I had my biometrics appt on the 21st of February and only after it was completed, AOS and EAD appeared in the computer. Perhaps there is a link between these two instances.

Hello:
Finally a month and a biometrics interview later my AOS and EAD numbers were entered in the system and the case status could be viewed online. However, my AP number has not been keyed in. In fact, I do not have any slightest idea as to what is happening with my AP application. No notice, no status case, no word. Has anyone had a similar situation? I can't help wondering where my AP application is now.
Thank you.

Hello:
I am curious what many of you mean by case "touched" as written in your signatures. Is it the date when the case is updated online?
Thank you.

I got my AOS, EAD, AP NOAs on February 1st. The biometrics appointment notice arrived a few days later, and it is scheduled next week. As of now, my case numbers are not updated in the INS dbase. The INS lady told me it could take up to a month to have my numbers keyed in.

OK so this has been discussed, but as you know the old threads are a mess. I am sending Natasha to get the cash for the ticket. So where to get them, one way or round trip, etc. If you have any links to the old threads it would help. I can't search now here at work but will later tonight. Just wanted to see if anyone has anymore relevant info at this time. Thanks
I really do not know how this one-way ticket misleading info started but you should do what your budget allows you. I came to the U.S. with a one-way ticket and I was not once asked about it.

Congratulations!
I have my biometrics appt in a week. I was not aware I had to bring my NOA for the AP; although I sent AOS/EAD/AP docs, I got a biometrics notice for the first two only. Do I need to bring the original NOA for the AP or a copy will do? Am I supposed to bring new passport photos for the AP as well?
Thank you.

in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

I think I was confusing in my previous post about I-693; that is why, I have a simpler question to ask. If one is a K-1 adjuster and had her medical done 6 months ago, does she need to complete another medical for I-693 for her green card interview?
