Hey there, cant you file a service request considering your beyond the normal processing time? Especially since USCIS noted VSC is in 5 month processing

Crossing fingers they recieve and process quickly. So you can go onto the next step. Looking to your for guidance when my turn comes LOL. Which feels like eternity to get there.
