  2. hello vj's family... it's been a month since my interview in US embassy 2 hours interview they put me under Administrative Processing. this morning i got letter from the US embassy when i opened it, it was my passport no visa not approved and denied then there is a white paper a 221g form it state IT WAS NOT ESTABLISHED THAT THE BENEFICIARY AND PETITIONER HAVE A BONAFIDE RELATIONSHIP.. then on the bottom part DISPOSITION OF YOUR CASE: YOUR PETITION IS BEING RETURNED TO THE USCIS THROUGH THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER FOR RECONSIDERATION AND DISPOSITION. FURTHER INQUIRIES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE USCIS OFFICE THAT PROCESSED YOUR PETITION.. this is very sad i had all the evidence that our relationship is genuine..photos, remittance, engagement ring, telephone bills and email . now i don't know what to do next.. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE WHAT WILL I DO? thanks and GOD BLESS..

  3. The Embassy probably wants to order their own copy of your CENOMAR or your NBI clearance. They sometimes do things like that.

I doubt you will have to wait 60 days. They just tell you that in order to cover their butts. Don't be surprised when 2GO texts you in a few weeks telling you that your visa packet is ready for pickup/delivery.

i gave all the documents when they interviewed me CENOMAR, NBI clearance, Birth certificate and also the divorce paper of my fiance.. i hope everything will be okay..

  4. hello vj family... it's been 2 weeks since my interviewed in US Embassy in Manila, i'm clueless and no result. i called last Thursday in immigrant visa unit and they told me that my case was ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING. i didn't received any paper or 221g form when i was interviewed. then they told me that within 60 days they will contact me if i will be submitting documents... my question is will it be approve or denied after i wait for 60 days?

  5. We had same experienced! I was interrogated in room 44 for two hours too! And I tell you, felt exhausted mentally and phusically after the interview! The good thing is that if they keep your passport it means you are approved. You can track your visa in www.ceac.state.gov. then go to "immigrant" click status visa and put your MNL case no then click submit. If visa status is "ISSUED" then you are approve.

I got my visa after 6 working days.

we had same situation did they asked you to signed a sworn statement of anti-fraud? thanks for this info i felt relief because after the interviewed i was shock, sad they told me you were not approved or denied we will check your case again and wait for the result after 1-2 weeks. thank you so much..

  6. two hours of interview??? maybe she really doubted your relationship with your fiance? what do u think made her ask you so many questions? what did you pass as proof of relationship. im having my interview soon and i hope i don't get questioned that long.

i think there is a problem with her ex husband the consul was asking me why her ex still living in her apartment but they were divorce and separated for long time. i'd showed all the proof that our relationship is genuine.

  7. hello vj's family.. i just finished my interview this day, it's very tough interview because they interviewed me twice one american consul and one filipina consul. the filipina consul interviewed me for two hours asking every detail of our relationship of my fiance. after my interview the consul didn't told me anything if i'm approved or denied and didn't returned my passport... now i'm bothered am i approved or denied? please advice me i don't know what to do next... thanks

  8. if you have a stopover in LAX, then LAX is your POE. you want have any problem. you will just need to pass immigration and all those interview in lax.. with what i read here in VJ. please do make sure you have enough time 3hrs atleast in LAX to give tme for the immigration..

other option is take a DELTA or AA flight.. MNL-NRT-JFK so that you will just do the immigration in JFK...

thank you so much for this useful information... thank you and God bless to our journey...

  9. I already listed down the steps:

    1. Pay for the $240 visa fee at BPI

    2. Schedule your interview online here: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/'>http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/

    3. Get your medical exam at least 10 days before the interview

    4. Go to your interview

    5. Go to CFO to get the certificate and sticker http://www.cfo.gov.ph/

You will get the appointment letter when you schedule the interview on step 2.

You do not need to set an appointment for the medical exam. It is a first-come-first-serve basis. Here's the link to St. Luke's: http://www.slec.ph/

Better call CFO to find out if you still need to do the PDOS. You will not be able to leave the country without the sticker on your passport.

i check my case status online then i read the instruction like this... what should i do now... thanks

Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have received interview scheduling instructions.

Please take the medical exam at St. Luke’s Extension Clinic in Manila at least one week before your interview. You are encouraged to register online at the St. Luke’s website: www.slec.ph prior to your medical exam. The medical exam may take more than one day to complete.

For K Visas (K1/K2/K3/K4): You may visit this website: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph or contact the Embassy’s Visa Information and Appointment Service at (632) 982-5555 or (632) 902-8930 to schedule a visa interview appointment. The Visa Information and Appointment Service is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on Philippine and U.S. holidays. Callers in the USA may contact the Appointment Service at (214) 571-1600 between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Please note that K nonimmigrant visa applicants must pay the visa application fee of $240 before they can request a visa appointment via the online appointment website or the Embassy’s Visa Call Center

  10. No need to wait for the packets in the mail, most of the time they do not send them. I already have my visa and I have not received any packets from the embassy other than the visa packet.

The link I posted, that is already the packet 3. Just follow it and you will be fine.

okay thanks.. how about the appointment letter for the interview and for the medical? i clicked your cfo link do i need to go PDOS? in my previous work i still had my PDOS can i use that? thanks hope you can help me..
