Frustrated... No NOA2 yet.. i am starting to think it wont be soon... What are they doing?? I have no criminal record neither does my husband.. We have a child together and have been together for 8 years and have live together for a total of 4 years... I really don't understand... Dios dame paciencia

Today Might be and ugly day in NYC but the sun is shinning for me. I just called the USCIS and spoke with a very helpful Tier 2 CS rep that told be me the last check in on my case was last week and that my case is actually being worked on. I am praying this means i will here something at least next week.. Porfavor papa dios, que sea k van aprovar lo pronto para tener an sept. interview for my birthday....

ahy moii k mal... Yo have to bee strong, its not easy but you have too. If you start being negative then things will really being to fall apart. Don't worry when you get the chance you will call y te diran buena noticias. you will see. por tu bebo tiene k estar positiva and for your hubby because after all they are alone out there at least we have the babies. Back from DR and still no NOA2.... It was so hard saying goodbye and even more depressing to not know when we will see each other again...

awweee jessica , i thought you was going to be there for a while. Well am sorry that you are back in NYC i know how much you want to be with your hubby. Please do not loose faith and continue to be positive in no time your case will be approved am sure.
I hope that you at least had fun while you were out there with the hubby. Olle y no te apure eso t lo van a abrovar un dia de estos no te me desanimes ~~~

Its looking like my husband won't be here till next year... I am happy for all of you that actually have helpful people moving your cases along and the fact that god has truly blessed all of you with luck. Because it is truly a blessing to have your cases approved with all the back log. Best of wishes to all

Just called USCIS and spoke with a Tire 2 and was told processing times for the I-130 @ NYC is at 8-9 months and that they are working on OCT.... When i wen to the INFO PASS appointment i was given the form to fill out and he promised he would give it to the person t assigned to my case. I have not been contacted at all.

The only good thing i can say is that he told me my case was assigned to a case officer on 04/16 and had me fill out an inquiry to give to my case worker. But then again killed my happiness by telling me that it may be another 2-3 months. Dios porfavor dame fuerza y ayuda me, solo usted sabes por que hace las cosas. Papa Dios ayuda me si no por mi por Jadian que not tiene culpa ...

Just came back from my 2nd INFO PASS this morning. Unfortunately for me again I got stuck with someone that was not really to helpfully. Again I was discouraged by him telling me there are thousands of I-130 applications and very few case workers. Also that i was not out of the processing time because there is no processing time for these applications and that it was still very early in the process. Really, 5 months is early????

What's on my mind? 4 Months and 17 Days and still no NOA2...... Info Pass May 3rd... Trip to DR to see my husband May 11th... At this point i am just like it will get here when God wants it to

Congrats on getting approved!!! I am very happy for you.. Hopefully I will see an approval soon. I was transferred to the NYC field office on Jan. 30th .. If you did anything to speed up this process it would be greatly appreciated if you gave me some insight. I went to an info pass and was given no info. All the Best, Jessica

Seems like USCIS didn't role out any approvals today... I can't believe that on this entire site there is only like a handful of ppl that where transferred to the NYC office. You would think that having more then 5,000 apps there would be more ppl with cases there

I have just came back from my INFO Pass appointment with my heart crushed into pieces. Any hopes i had of having my case approved any time soon has gone down the drain. I was told that my case is not priority and they have more then 5,00 cases in front of mine.

Sorry that your going through.such a rough time, I completely understand. I have a son with my husband and I had to wait 8 months for my noa2.!!!! Hardest thing I ever been though. My busband didnt get to be in his birth and saw the baby at 3 monthz, now 8 months and he still hasent seen him waitkng for my case to be complete

NFO Pass tomorrow at 7:30am, I am not going to get my hopes up because i have heard these appointment's are useless. But only god knows if i will actually obtain any useful info from this. This process is designs to separate the real marriages from the fake. What they might know but obviously don't care about is the fact that marriage is hard enough in its self without having long distances in between, especially when there are children involved. Thats the same ####### they told me don't worry it will get approved . NYC is moving slow but am sure that it will get approved. Jessica the same thing happened to me my heart sank but i kept it moving and got all my things ready for the NOA 2 approval process! do not be discouraged and NYC field office sucks they are freaking MEAN !!!
