  3. Your visa has probably been approved, especially if they kept your passport at the interview. However, the approval is contingent on whether you provide the requested information. You might also be waiting on the results of a secondary security check (Administrative Processing), but that's not as common as you may think from reading posts on this forum and depends a lot on where the beneficiary is from.

I signed the part two of DS230 and they gave me my passport back and they said to me that i must bring the tax of 2012 that the visa can be printed out. they told me that i must not make a appt so that i can come anytime during the week when get tax of 2012 from my wife.

  4. I believe it is the final signature required when a visa is issued. Could be they are also making sure it matches the previous signature and it will be witnessed as you are signing.

I had my interview yestrday and tey said me i must bring the tax papers and they gave me to sign the part two of th DS230! I could not find something same here and i want to know does anyone knows what does it mean? it is maybe stupid question bu i think everyone who is in this proces can understand this question!

  5. If the mom earns 30.000$/yr and sister 19.000$/yr within the same household, ask them to assist you with the affidavit of support. They will need to complete I-864A (Contract between you and them). The required amount for a household of 6 is: $39,487 if you live in States other than Alaska and Hawaii. The combination of $30,000 and $19,000 exceeds the required amount, thus you are good.

Just get those folks to sign the I-864A for you and go get your visa.

Don't forget to obtain their tax transcripts for the last three years and perhaps 2 or 3 current pay-stubs and submit with the complete and signed I-864.

    Good luck.

Are you sure that is possible because we signed i864a for both for her mom and sister!! and the consulr said they did not earn enough!!:(( is it possible that he is watching that one of the houholde members must erarn 39.487$? im so confsed i dont knw what to do!!
