I'M PUZZLED AS TO WHY MY CHOICE AGENT FORM HAS NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED. IT HAS BEN OVER THE 20 DAY TIMEFRAME. I'M ALSO NOTICING THAT PEOPLE ARE HAVING THER'S PROCESSED HALF THE TIME AND FEES ARE ALL PAID. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY IV INVOICE TO BE SENT SO THAT I CAN PAY. ANY POSSIBLE REASONS WHY THE DELAY? I'M THINKING I MAY HAVE MISSED SOMETHING.

did your husband fill out the choice of agent form online and send it electronically? Mine did, and he then followed up with NVC with an email and within a few days received an email that we could proceed to the next step. I filled out the AOS fee first. After choice of agent acknowledge, IV fee was available for payment online.
