      your US state has area congressman just google to find out who they are and then call them up and tell them what you are trying to do and they will be more then happy to help you

      Google congressman in your area then either email or call them and explain what are are trying to do and believe me they will help. The day they contacted me saying they would help 5 hrs later i got an approval email from uscis
