Make sure your fiance needs to have the original signed I-134 and any other financial support documents they want or you have. You either send the original one to the embassy in mail or if you have sent a copy you need to have your finace take it at the interview date. (Very Important)

Packet 4 is your last step to get your medical done in one the embassy authorized clinics or doctors get your result back in a sealed packet and also the originals of the documents or any additional forms and proofs they might need from you.

I haven't heard about that one no... I guess it is new... Do you have a lawyer or are you filing on your own?

And let me tell you this in order to get an appointment you have to seriously call that number everyday until you get an appointment. I had to call 3 times before having an interview date.

(703) 439-2348 this number from US. Pay your visa fee, arrange a pick up location for your visa ( in our case was ankara) if you are going to an embassy other than the country your fiancé lives in. And then ask them to schedule an appointment for you. You have to have your case in the embassy before you can actually do that.

May I ask How long did it take NVC to forward your case to ankara... well we have our NAO2 Approval letter and I have been informed that my files have been received by NVC.. They won't tell me though when are they going to send my file to ankara which is annoying...
