If i have to give her money it would be better from the Goverment than i can pay small amounts me and this woman married in the masjid i only done State marriage so she could stay here while Immigrtaion procees was going on. She knows when shes divorced ISLAMICLY if theres no kids she goes back to her famliy.

Ok question does this woman need me for anything dealing with Immigration?An will it be an interveiw?

This woman does not want to work she thinks i owe her the divorce is in court and she brings up the I864 but i only have but so much money if they take some of that she still has to work iam not rich.There some good people out their but i would never trust someone who had IMMIGRATION to gain by Marriage because once you sign that I864 they got you sad but true taking care of a healthy adult makes me sick.

After Greencard how long does it take for Citizenship?

The only thing that you can be done is pray that your spouse is honest and as soon as their able to work make sure it's full time this I-864 is binding and if the person just ups and leaves there's really nothing you can do.

Hello everyone i've been scamed by the woman i thought would be with me for life once i completed the I-751 she filed for divorce the catch is the I-864 im hooked until she get Green card or dies or goes back home.Anyone no what i can do ? She wont give me her A# so i can keep track of the case 10/13 is when the filing started everything went well.HELP
