      Your guy can seek help from the legal office and try to see if they can provide him with one of the military lawyers who specialize in immigration. I think its possible.

      My NOA1 was back in late August 2012. Check my timeline to see how long it took. Patience is very vital; just ensure everything is in order and keep praying. You will get there, have faith. All the very best.
