      3 years for usa citizenship then you can petition your daughter. you don't have to wait 3 years, your usa spouse can petition for her now and she will be here before next year.

      But i talked someone they are taken their interview this week that her husband is still not a US citizenship according to her. I didn't ask for the details about this but I am interested because my daughter is turning at 18 yrs old next year. My interview is this coming Dec 6, so probably if I am lucky to approve this interview, I'll be there arounf by March. So if I'll wait for 3 years I can't petition her any more right?
