    My Fiancee and I met in 2008 while I was visiting my home country. We have been together, back and forth ever since then, for a total of NINE times! He proposed on February 15th, 2011 while he was visiting me in the States. We are hoping this process is over soon because this has been very hard for the last 4 years!

    RFE is to provide proof of meeting within 2 years. USCIS recommended sending passport stamps as proof. However our situation is a bit different. I don't have any stamps from going into Bulgaria since I am a Bulgarian citizen and enter the country with my Bulgarian passport. When you enter Bulgaria and you are a citizen they don't stamp your passport. Therefore I don't have any stamp...
