Thank you for ur advice, Brady. The thing is that Roland is on his way to Latvia right now and he will spend 2 weeks here with me, so probably we will contact the congressman right after New Year's. Looks like they really not gonna move without a kick

My CONGRATS to u, guys!!! well done!!! we called yesterday to CIS but there is nothing so far. The lady said we still have to wait for 1,5 month min. We don't want to believe in this, so if it will hit 6 months mark will gonna call congressman. Pls, keep me updated how the things are moving now

I guess that's a good thing to start contacting the congressman otherwise they would never start looking at out cases. And sometimes their actions are so unfair. Pls, keep me updated about the way the things go

Hey Brady, RFE - as i know, is a request for evidence. Most probably u didn't attach some paper when u filed ur I-129F. We have a lawyer, so he made sure everything was attached. Or they can act like this when ppl have a significant age difference, just to check if relationships really exists. Anyways, are u sure u submitted everything they required - pictures, letter confirming ur relation...
