HI VJ I'm new here. I filed the I 130 for my husband on august 23th they got it on 08-27-12 and them transferred to NBC on 08-28-12 and after 3 months yesterday got approved. Good luck everyone.

When. And if so, you should update your service center to be NBC.

If you get a fast approval, you will skew the timeline for Vermont which we all know is slower than a heard of turtles stampeding through peanut butter.

See i got a letter stating that it was transferred to lee summit MO NBC but when I call they say my service center is Vermont so I dont really no

No, those would be NBC cases which are being approved between 60 and 90 days recently.

My case was transferred to NBC

yes but we just need to wait and wait. i dont know what is wrong with USCIS. its 2012 now. they should be faster than that.

for me its almost 3 months.i hop me and everybody can get it soon.

How are they working on these I-130's, do they play darts in those offices? Just pick randomly?

Cause I've seen cases approved from before May this year (horrible) and people getting approved under 60 days...

I filed 8/13 they got it 8/15 and was also transferred to MO but still have not heard anything.... How do u guys see it was touched last update on mine just say 8/28

its just heard seeing people being approved and they filed in sept.

So if I call they will tell me if its been looked at??

Every one I've seen has been waiting a long time.

But you can't really predict visa times IMO because it's such a long time frame.

The amount of people applying is ever changing.

Maybe the people I see approved now for Vermont applied in February, but maybe less people got sent there though the year and you could only wait 4 months WHO KNOWS!

My number starts with EAC and from what I was told is that's VT but it was transferred to MO

VT center is bad??? That's where mine is

u have to wait 2 more months....!

you dont have to wait two more months it can take up to 5 months but people have been getting approved in as little as ten weeks

no i no that just seeing all the approvals for august make me sad last update on the USCIS say 8/28/12

I am a august filer as well i sent my I 130 in on the 13th of august they got it on 8/15 and it was transferred to MO last update on mine was 8/28/12 its been 97 days for me congrats to all the august filers that was approved already hoping all the rest of us get approved this month as well

I filed in August as well and still nothing i am see people who filed in sept being approved right now

I doubt they missed you.

Not everyone is put in the same pile for the same person.

The piles are split up between the people working there.

Maybe their caseworker was faster =]

Does your case come up when you check the status?

If so, then just have to wait it out.

If not, then I suggest you call to check status just in case.

Ya it comes up when i check on the status.. I just wish it would be fast like alot that i have seen

Hi there everyone. I would like to no if there is a way to tell what month USCIS is working on for the I 130 I filed mine in august they got it august 15th was transferred the same day to MO my case number starts with EAC and I have not heard anything as of yet. can any one help???
