Just give you more information. see too it all your Police clearance are still valid on the day of your interview. After nvc case completed. If you knew your police clearance is six months old get a new one Embassy will not give you approval on the spot once is not updated. i know because I got delayed on that. Got visa after submmit delayed me for 2 weeks Goodluck to everyone who are waiting for a case complete.

very happy after the interview. I was upset because I did not get the approval. and I need to book a flight from the philippines to get a nbi. and all the waiting. after 9 months after my approval is all worth it. thank you guys. lol Our celebration will be in California will be celebrating our first ChRistmas with her parents.

saylin and darnel finally I got my visa. The courier office call me to pick up my passport with visa. After 9 months when my petition was approve last January 2013. I already have it. gonna see my husband in 3 months time. i finally resign today at my job. but need to do a 3 month notice

You sent the requested documents already? If so, this sounds like they processed it and, as the status says, printed the visa. You should be receiving it any day now then.

yeah I send a new nbi clearance last week . And this is the status I got. thank you just going to wait my passport with the visa

It doesn't matter if you print the bar-coded cover sheet as soon as you pay it or once it says "PAID". It stays the same. The question most people have is when to send the package.

Apparently the NBI you returned with the 221g was matched up with you file and is now being reviewed.

. Is there any chance they will give me approval on the visa its really hard to get refusal under 221g

Hi there im in the same issue Im filipino and got interview in Us embassy singapore. I recieved 221G because nbi expired. I already submmit the nbi last Sept 18 and my interview was Sept 9. I check my status from AP after my interview yesterday Sept 20 I check it was stated ready for interview. After 3 hours it went back again to Ap please enlighthen me thank you

Dwheels can enlighthen me here. In visa status i check it now yesterday it was under Administrative Processing. Now I check it was stated Ready. Your case is ready for interview when scheduled at the consular section If you already scheduled an appointment for an interview please prepare all the documents stated on your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointment date and time and otherwise please wait for the letter for the appointment date and time. Please give me some inputs here. thank you

Dwheels yesterday I already send my nbi police clearance the courrier with my passport. I check the CEAC status stated there is a update today September 19,2013 but when I read the information stated is visa status is undergoing necesarry administrative processing can take several weeks . Please follow what consular officer instructions. and you will be notified once your visa is approved. Getting nervous on that. Sorry I know you already told me not to worry. But I cant help it until I still dont have the Approval information.

just got back from the trip to Philippines. Finally I already send the NBI today hoping for the visa approval.

Dwheels on that interview the consul gave back my original marriage certificate. birth certificate. this are the original I got from them. still stressing on the interview outcome. but im hoping. i will get a visa once I submmited my nbi certificate

My nbi clearance was dated january 2013 and be expiring in january 2014 as per embassy I need a new nbi clearance before they approve my visa. The consul never ask me to have another interview. He get me sign on ds230 part 2. and finger prints this the box information I recieved on refusal worksheet. This office regrets to inform you that it is unable to issue visa to you because you have been found ineligible to recieved visa under the following section s of the immigration and nationality AcT. The information contained in the paragraphs marked with x pertain to your visa application. Pleade disregard the unmarked paragraphs. x section 221(g) which prohibits of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto. the following remarks apply to your case. Need updated NBI clearance. and the consul did not give me approval or denied remarks. but I need to send my nbi clearance and passport at the courrier Office once. I had the nbi me and my husband is very sad I will be flying to Philippines this coming thursday. so sad

Schedule interview is on Sept. Im getting nervous 9 more days to go. The feeling when your in nvc is patience now nervous and sleepless nights.
