betwine 2003 and 2005 i lived in adress and after 2005 i changed the adress but two adresses are in casablanca

Biographic Data (DS-230/DS-260) for this applicant. In reviewing the form that you submitted, we note

applicant must list all places lived for at least six months since reaching the age of 16. There must not be

any gaps greater than six months. You will need to complete and submit a new form with the changes.

this section, please refer to the following instructions below on Police Certificate(s):

? Police certificates are required for each visa applicant aged 16 years or older, based on where each

applicant lives or has lived previously.

? Police certificates are also required from all other countries where the applicant has resided more

than 12 months. Present and former residents of the United States should NOT obtain any police

hello./father is GC holder an mother will deliver baby before getting visa of 6 month that will be transfered to green card also after entering us.

1-what will be the process in this situation ?

2-what forms should mother submit to nvc /she is already filled i864 form and his case was completed PD 17 JANUARY 2011?

3-how much time take for nvc to acept forms of new born ?

hello,we send aos in 25 october and it was accepted by nvc, and ds230 we send it after two weeks of sending the fisrt package,they send us the fisrt letter that our aos is accepted and another letter /cheklist cover letter that they didn t receive ds230 with all supporting documents

1-how much time take to receive ds230? and review?

2-why didn t receive that documents they are confirmed as sent in postal mail.

I AM PREPARING THE AOS OR I864EZ I WILL BE MAILING IT ON MONDAY. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I SHOULD SEND THE ORIGINAL PAY STUBS OR COPIES? I HAVE MY IRS TAX TRANSCRIPTS AND MY EMPLOYMENT LETTER.

u should send original to nvc /i864ez,tax,emp.pay stub they accept pay stub if u received them by email from bank,

yes u must bring tax 2011 in the day of interview /pictures,email,call history,,,,
