  1. Shes in england, shes very impatient too, so is there another way for her to sign it ?

    She can type the letter of intent (and make sure she fills out and signs the G325-A!) and FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc., it to you. Those forms have to have the original signature and date on them. She'll also need a US passport style photo for the G325-A. That'd be the quickest, albeit more expensive way to do it. Otherwise, just have her fill them out and mail them via regular post.
