Thanks when i call i just get the Voice Robot and not a Real person Ive called like 3 times and same thing

Number they give you is 1603- 334-0700 IF you take Off the 1 its the NVC NUmber so In the Real should I just all the NVC - but what Does the NVC have to do with DOS.??? DID i Miss something ???

Ok so I tried to call DOS is it Just a Voice Robot - push 1 for Blah , push 2 for blah , push 3 for Ap - dIi I click the wrong Number or I did not lesion to it all the way maybe there was a push 5 to talk to a Real person and not the Voice Robot Becuz I thought i was going to talk to a REAL person and then the Number they give you is 1603- 334-0...

I've called and Email them and they say - Your husband’s case is still pending administrative processing. we will contact your husband once the processing is complete. You just need to wait.

I ask how long should it take and they say we don't know -it could take weeks or Months depending ...

yes I called its all B.S - they said I just need to wait and the Guy was like O you just called last week - I was like yes he said I just need to wait - O yah that Status Updated Date each time You call they ask for your case Number and it up dates - so it B.S - there Not Looking at My case - Its Time to Call My congressman -

that was get me is that - when You call they tell You your case approved there just looking at it - but then I call they say your husband case still under ap and the same we cant tell you anything - Nothing Like your case approved- that what Scares Me is Not Knowing IF he is approved or denied - we dont know whats going on - But You have the happiness

yeah it Suck becuz we dont knwo whats going on Or how long its going to take - i called the us consulate yestday and i requested to speak to an officer and he told me everything is fine, we have all the documents needed and your case is only under review it won't be sent back to the USCIS or the NVC.
