After 18 months of waiting my green card arrived on Friday. I am January Filler 2017, California, but it arrived with the error, and does anyone now waiting time for I90 to error be corrected, they made a mistake about country of birth, any disccusion group anything, beleive me I am desperate, after 18 months of waiting an error

Hi, I received a letter of extension for period of one year in january 2017,and my green card "expired" in april. when I made an info pass appoitment for I551 stamp today they returned me home without stamp because they told me that the perioed of extension of one year is not when the letter was printed (in january) but one year from the expiration of green card (april) and that I should come in March to put I551 stamp in my passport.I see that a lot of people got I551stamp and when I called uscis they told me to make an info pass appoitment and today this situation. What should I do, I am worried now because of dates you know,that my extention letter is going to expire and i wont have i551 stamp...I am january 2017 filler
