      Yes Iam. Hubby has his medical on Monday. I leave for Jamaica on the 12th and I will be there for his interview on the 21st.Im putting his folder together now.

    Good Luck to you. We are in the same place in the process. Im waiting for NVC to review my Iv check list. Hope to get a case complete by the first week of december.

      My husband is in Jamaica. I have been watching their pattern and It looks like we will have our interview in January.

    Got a Checklist for a copy of my husband's passport data page.

    It's going to be ok...just keep praying for the best...This is definitely a waiting process. We sent our case in February , NOA1 approved about a week later NOA2 approved 7/22 and NVC got our case 8/13 (called and got my case # and invoice today with email). It will be fine !!!!

    This is painful. Approved on May 24 and our case still has not reached the NVC. :(

      Yes I contacted my local congressman and the senator with my state. I also filed a complaint with the uscis ombudsman. I have an appointment on Monday at the local Atlanta office.I hope things get moving soon.

    Today is the 211 days that have been waiting for approval, despite having tons of documents..Oh Lord, why is this happening to me ? am so sad

      I called uscis today and they said they are working on cases filed August 6th, 2012. I filed August 31. We will hear something soon. Best of luck.
