They completely rejected her. Didnt open any packet. I guess they made their mind up. They kept badgering my fiancee as to why we didn't get married in India and file for a spouse visa. I received the news 10 minutes ago and am numb with anger. Millions of people get amnesty and people that try to follow the rules get screwed over.

Our interview is on March 6th. I am apprehensive as my fiancee is a small town girl and overwhelmed by everything.

Thanks. Let me try the new numbers. I only need to know the date of interview so I can plan accordingly. I have to put in a holiday request at work 2 months in advance so it helps.

My case is transferred to the consulate. I called up 202-663-1848 but they ask me to call the same number again!!! There is a long message that goes rambling about with no real information. Did you get a real person when you called up 202-663-1848?

Hello, How did you get your interview date? I got my NOA2 approved on 3rd Dec 2012 and my fiancee has not received packet 3. How do I find out if there is an update? Please let me know.
