Sorry it took so long to reply, Lol i just relized you sent this message. Anyway it was my fiance tthat went to Doctor. He said the gave him four shots 1 in each arm and 2 in the butt(LOL). he went to a doctor in penang and the good conduct certifiacate last 6 months but it can take up to 2 months to get it. He got his in 4 weeks. and you have to do it online then go into their office
