  1. Rali33,

did you have an interview in the Detroit office or no?

How long did they take once your file was transferred to Detroit until they approved it for you?

You mentioned that I will be talking to a person at a window, so I won't meet with an immigration officer?

It was a Info pass appointment, and the person at the window is an immigration officer. At the time they didn't give me any good news but a month later they did email me that I had to be interviewed at the detroit field office and then a week later they approved my case without the interview.

  2. Good Afternoon everyone,

I scheduled an InfoPASS appointment for march 26th to inquiry about my case at my local office. Has anyone ever been to one before? What are you recommendations? what papers should I take with me? Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, my appointment is at the Detroit office. Let me know if you've been there.

Thank you & wish me luck!

During my case at Uscis I went there twice. It's very regular, you'll go up to a window with a case worker there and bring any papers or notices you've gotten from Uscis and just let her know why your case was transferred and your case is past processing times.

My case was transferred to the detroit field office and it was approved there too! So good luck inshallah

  3. Yah am serious we haven't recieved it yet. Maybe California is different i don't know. But the guy in the airport told him he will recieve in three month. And yes we are living togetherness we just moved in a apartment a month ago. We use to live with my parent but alhmaduallah everything going well

You can get your permit and your license my husband did and he don't have his green card yet . All u need is your passport when you go to the dmv.

And they will look at your visa issue and you can take the permit and the license

Yes my husband has not received his green card yet and we came end of Dec. but I checked the status of it yesterday and it says it has been sent out. So inshallah we will recieve it soon

Also my husband got his permit and license so you don't need a green card for that.

  4. Didn't you filed it out before you went with your husband to the interview. They ask for the petitioner information and make you notarized it and the list of number . You don't need to fill in your neighbor number all you need to do is fill out number you know

Like your house number or any number you trust

That will answer and make sure to give you your information in case the embassy calls

    Oh yeah
